Soil Mix Technician

Paonia Soil Co. is hiring Soil Mix Line Technicians. We are looking for new employees that enjoy working outside and are team players. Paonia Soil Co. produces high quality organic soils and is looking for new employees that share our commitment to sustainable regenerative, organic agriculture.
The job requires the ability to lift 50lbs or more. We are a safety first business and employees must be willing to wear eye protection, masks and any other required PPE, because it can be dusty on the soil mix line at times. Agricultural, heavy equipment and mechanical experience is a plus but not required. Starting wage $16-$18/hr.
